David Morse and Brandon Routh harassed Cory Monteith in “McCanick”

The young director Josh C. Waller, who has put his signature only on horror “Ray” found in post-production, he brought in David Morse, Cory Monteith and Brandon Routh in the distribution of cop thriller “McCanick” whose shooting will begin in September, in Philadelphia.

David Morse, “Drive Angry 3D”, “The Hurt Locker” and “The Green Mile” or the series “Treme” will play the police officer Eugene “Mack” McCanick from the Drug Squad, which leaves content of obsessions and paranoia after a small and seemingly harmless offender (Cory Monteith) is released from prison.

During one summer day in the heat of hot spirits and causes people to act impulsively, Mack and his partner (Brandon Routh) went after former convict and not give way to violence unworthy of uniforms on they wear, with the aim of preventing the offender to reveal a dark secret past McCanick Eugene.

Script signed by Daniel Noah (“Twelve”, “Max Rose”) has its sources of inspiration in classic 70s thrillers such as “Dirty Harry” and “The French Connection” in which ethics was trampled and police were often more dangerous than people outside the law that I watched.

You’ll see David Morse on 15 August in dramedia with fantasy elements “The Odd Life of Timothy Green,” making the team with Brad Pitt zombie horror with “World War Z”, who have so many problems during post-production that we expect to see you ever released on the big screen. Cory Monteith, Michele Leah loved the musical “Glee” in real life, he starred in the romantic comedy adventure “Monte Carlo” and filming the drama “All the Wrong Reasons” with Adam Brody.
