The press release which announced that the season with the number 8 of the popular medical drama “House MD” will be the last, sparked a boom in the media and generated a feeling of sadness among the loyal viewers of Fox television stations (United States of America) and Channel 5 (UK), the general frustration at the surface by removing comments like those that Hugh Laurie is responsible for the end of the show because he was tired to portray him the crippled and cantankerous doctor Gregory House.
Bothered by the media speculation, the English actor of 52 years old gave at the end of the previous week a statement in which confirmed that “House MD” will soon reach the end and denied having anything to do with the decision of the creator David Shore to stop a show in which he record two Golden Globe awards in 2006 and 2007.

“For all who are interested, I would like to correct some insolent distortions of the truth in the circumstances concluded the TV series House. Some newspapers, obviously unsatisfied by the honest communication which we have published last week, said that the truth (the modern journalistic jargon for something that is not far from the truth, but it sounds outrageous, so that journalists prefer to take on after another) behind this decision that I would be tired to go to work.
