That night we get out into town and you can imagine that the little bar was full of people who wanted to buy a drink to George Clooney. I watched as he accepted to drink 12 to 15 glasses filled with tequila until the time when I go home, and in the next day on the set was a disaster, but George was perfectly fine. It was a day of work lost”, recalled William H. Macy.
Macy’s amazement was short because a friend revealed that George Clooney never refuse a drink that gets free from colleagues and fans to not hurt their feelings, but paid the content of glasses on the floor whenever they are not careful.
“Someone told me how George proceeds. If a person says they would like to buy a drink, George accepts the offer, bends, a shed on the floor and then pretends to take a swig, without anyone to observe the gesture”, told the actor from “The Lincoln Lawyer”, “Fargo” and “Shameless“.
