George Clooney and William H. Macy were distribution colleagues in the cop comedy “Welcome to Collinwood” from 2002, the second finding with this occasion what is the secret behind the so-called resistance to alcohol of first. The couple spent a restless night and washed with alcohol in a bar in Cleveland – Ohio, and Felicity Huffman’s husband was shocked in the next morning when George Clooney has presented on the set in excellent condition, no hangover and as out from the box.
“He came to do his job. He worked on that film for about four days. That night we get out into town and you can imagine that the little bar was full of people who wanted to buy a drink to George Clooney. I watched as he accepted to drink 12 to 15 glasses filled with tequila until the time when I go home, and in the next day on the set was a disaster, but George was perfectly fine. It was a day of work lost”, recalled William H. Macy.
Macy’s amazement was short because a friend revealed that George Clooney never refuse a drink that gets free from colleagues and fans to not hurt their feelings, but paid the content of glasses on the floor whenever they are not careful.
“Someone told me how George proceeds. If a person says they would like to buy a drink, George accepts the offer, bends, a shed on the floor and then pretends to take a swig, without anyone to observe the gesture”, told the actor from “The Lincoln Lawyer”, “Fargo” and “Shameless“.
