Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones

Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones is an exceptional product in certain ways. Too bad it’s the third in the series and not the first. At first impression, can you believe they kept the first part of the magical aura that have a combined hardness of the Prince from the second one. Unfortunately, the innocent enthusiasm that I approached the first title of the series produced by Ubisoft was pretty much evaporated. Everything is done in good time. It’s only natural that even Ubisoft to need several attempts to produce a fascinating game. For me though, this was one of those attempts.

The three part begins where it ends the second. I feel really stupid to formulate phrase in this way, but it was bad not to be so. Those who have not played Warrior Within will get an introduction that will put them on the topic, but I would advise you to approach and previous titles for a better understanding of the story, because it’s not so easy to know what are Sands of Time and how it affected them to Prince.

Like I said, the Prince and Kaileena are on a ship to return to Babylon, the city of residence. Unfortunately, once arrived there, they discover a city under siege by unknown powers, and Kaileena is taken hostage. The things progresses from complicated to very unpleasant, so our nice princess of time dies on the eyes of Prince cracked of pain that turns black from the rage. Literally!

Thus arises a new character, the Dark Prince. How else? Theoretically, is told to us that it is a negative prince version, but considering the pain he felt when they witnessed the death of Kaileene, Dark Prince appears as the result of fierce desire for revenge. During the game you will be able to play with both characters, each having its own skills and methods of struggle, mentioning that the Dark Prince must constantly kill something to feed with the sand of the time time, otherwise his life will fell to zero in a relatively short time.
