This first person role playing game is rated M and was released back in 1996. It is for Microsoft Windows and it takes the gamer into the fictional world of Tamriel where the character must perform an important task from the emperor himself.

Star Trek fans were delighted when this space combat/strategy game was released. It was released back in 2006 and allows the gamer to control a massive fleet of Federation starships to combat various races featured in the Star Trek series.

04. Rage

Released earlier this year on October 4, 2011 Rage is about survivors who were left after the rest of civilization was destroyed by an asteroid. These survivors banded together and formed settlements, however mutants and gangs terrorize them.
03. Fallout 3

Released in 2008, Fallout 3 is about the survivors trying to live in a nuclear holocost. They live underground inside vaults and above ground is mutants and radiation everywhere. You play a character who heads out from a vault into the wasteland above.

Carrying on years later from the previous Fallout game, you play a character that is sent on a mission to save the people in his vault.

This is the latest Elder Scrolls game that revolves around a prisoner who is allowed to escape due to the King being taken through a secret passage; however the King entrusts the player with the Amulet of Kings and is assassinated shortly afterwards leading to a complex journey with many twists and turns.
